CIVIC Access Pouch 1L

The Evergoods CAP 1L has become my go-to travel companion. The size is spot on for daily essentials without feeling bulky, and the pocket organization keeps small gear accessible and sorted. It’s light enough to forget it’s there, yet tough enough for the field. I’ve had the white version for a while, but couldn’t resist picking up the new Black Xpac when it dropped. Same great function, just a different look. On my recent backcountry photo trip to Katmai, Alaska, I was limited to 60 lbs of gear, and the CAP 1L earned its spot in that tight allowance. It hung easily off the seat back in front of me during flights with a carabiner, staying out of the way but always within reach. Proud to have had it along for the whole journey.

CIVIC Access Pouch 1L

The CAP1 is my all-time favorite pouch. I’ve now purchased several of them: one as my tech pouch; one as my EDC toiletries pouch (tissues, wipes, comb, etc.); and one as my car center console caddy (insurance and registration documents, notebook, etc.). I used to think I needed a larger tech pouch, but I absolutely don’t. Keeping to this size keeps my carry focused and intentional. I also can’t speak highly enough of the materials. It’s a total joy to interact with. I absolutely love these colors, magnets, and fabrics. It’s the best pouch out there.

CIVIC Access Pouch 1L

I bought the CAP 1L to use with my CTB 26L. It fits very nicely in a number of places within the CTB 26L. I wanted to use this for hotel bedside table loadout. I have a folding charging stand and a travel router. It's a tight fit to get these devices, cables and power bricks into the pouch, but it all fits. It works for this use case, but I don't like the fit. I'm going to experiment with some other loadouts to see if there is a better configuration. Overall the pouch feels solid and well constructed. I'm just not sure of the internal pocket / divider configuration. It will probably take some trial and error to find the right combination and configuration of items.

So far, this thing has been great on trips that require keeping any kind of paperwork safe. From passports to rental car agreements, it's been great for organization. While we don't always need it for every trip, I'm happy I have it for when I do. The snapping magnetic clasp is oh-so satisfying.

CIVIC Access Pouch 1L

Nice pouch but it has a few things that continually keep me from grabbing it. Need to covert the internal full pocket with a full length divider and make that two individual pockets and one needs to be a quick access from the outside without flapping open the whole pouch. This would increase travel use for me. I want to use this as a sling bc it can be thin or poofy. That said, there’s no strap and it would be odd to open it while wearing it. I love the pen holder and multiple pockets but I need a quick access to passport, phone and wallet no matter where I go (maybe not passport) but the quick access is a must.

CIVIC Access Pouch 1L

This is the first of these I've tried, and this one is my bag-in-bag for everything that I want with me regardless of what bag I'm carrying or what unique needs each foray out of the house may have. It's an improvement on the various things I've been using over the past few decades because it's somehow flat enough to be a flattish thing and deep enough in two separate places to hold bulkier, awkward things, while never being bigger than I want it to be. It's like the thing your aunt gave you which you don't know what it is from the Hitchhiker's Guide Infocom game. Sort of. Although probably it cannot simultaneously hold both Tea and No-Tea. Will report back soonest. (excellent quality and all that.)

Bought the Black CAP1 in black and CAP2 in orange for an upcoming international trip. Ended up up using the CAP1 as a flight caddy for the cables and stuff. I was able to fit all of my in flight necessities in it. It is also suitable for daily use, I plan on using it as a tech pouch when I come back from the trip. I paired it with a carabiner.

I really like this item my only gripe here is that I wish the mesh was a bit softer and more stretchy. Magnets are a nice touch but the divider separating what's in the front (visible upon opening) and anything you want to put behind it, is a bit clunky. the seams are stitched tightly so you can't really squeeze that much in front or behind and if you do it sticks out like a sore thumb. I think if you have items that fit the dimensions it's awesome but it's less versatile than I hoped. All these are nits and I think the product is still great. wish it were slightly cheaper tho
