EVERGOODS builds durable, ergonomic goods and proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be replaced or repaired at our discretion for the practical lifetime of the product.
The product lifetime depends on the category.
For items purchased through one of our stockists, please contact their customer support directly. If purchased from a third-party seller, please obtain original proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
Backpacks, Duffels, Pouches, Slings, Hip Packs, and Packing Cubes
Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the practical lifetime of the product. Materials refer to fabrics, zippers, buckles, webbing, or any other components used in the building of our products. Workmanship refers to the construction of the product, i.e. seams.
Wallets
We cover the function and integrity for the original purchaser for three years from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover cosmetic aging or damage caused by misuse.
Damage caused by wear and tear, damage caused during accidents, theft, improper use or neglect, and UV degradation are not covered by our warranty.
Please reach out to info@evergoods.us if your EVERGOODS item is in need of a repair and will not qualify for warranty. Repairs are approved at the discretion of our design team depending on availability.

If the item requires review by our team, EVERGOODS will provide a return shipping label. Otherwise, an item that qualifies for a replacement will be voided by the customer and will not need to be shipped. EVERGOODS will cover the cost to ship the replacement item for domestic customers only. International customers are responsible for the replacement item shipping cost.
