Our lifetime warranty will cover EVERGOODS items with defects in materials or workmanship and will be replaced or repaired at our discretion for the practical lifetime of the product (three years for wallets). If practical, a product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired or replaced with an item in the same or better condition for a reasonable charge.
