    Orders generally go out within one (1) business day, excluding weekends, holidays and/or pre-orders. Weekend orders ship on Mondays.

    We utilize services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

    DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA)

    Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-10 business days via UPS Ground, unless expedited services are chosen. Transit times are measured in business days from the date your order is shipped and are only an estimate. On rare occasions, shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may take 7 to 14+ days. Please note that carrier issues, weather, events, and holidays can delay your shipments.

    If an overnight service is selected on a Friday, it will be delivered on the next business day.

    We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

    We use FedEx International Connect Plus for international shipments (5-10 business days) and can generally ship anywhere FedEx does. International shipments to remote destinations may take longer to arrive. 

    EVERGOODS is not responsible for customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order.

    PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

    If you've purchased an EVERGOODS product on pre-order, we thank you! Any order that contains a pre-order item will be held until pre-order item(s) have arrived and the order can be shipped together. If you'd like to split a shipment to receive available items separately, please email info@evergoods.us with your request. Additional shipping charges may be incurred if the new shipment falls below the free shipping threshold ($75 for domestic or $275 for international).

    Please reference the product page for your pre-order item(s) estimated shipment dates. Pre-order arrival dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If any changes do occur, we'll communicate them as soon as possible

    PRICE MATCHING

    We don't run promotions often, but we're happy to price match discounts on products within 7 days of your EVERGOODS purchase. Shipping offers can be price matched within 48-hours of your EVERGOODS purchase. Please email us at info@evergoods.us with your order number and information.
