Returns

We think you will love your EVERGOODS' product but if for some reason you need to return your purchase, items may be returned for a refund within 30 days  of the original purchase date (for pre-order items the policy is 30 days from date of shipment).  Items must have all original tags attached, be unused, and be in original new condition. (*does not apply for pre-order/special/collab edition orders.)

EVERGOODS will provide a full refund for the value of the item in the same form as the original payment. 

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our facility and it can take 2-3 more days (depending on payment method you used) to receive funds from the time of refund notification.

If you need to return your purchase

  2. Provide your order number and the item being returned.
  3. We will respond within 1 business day and help you complete the return process.

 

*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

**Please note that if you have attempted to clean the bag with any strong smelling soaps we will not be able to put the bag back into inventory.  This could result in either a cleaning fee (up to $25) or a rejection of your return.  

***Items must be returned in original new condition with all original tags still attached. Please take care to not bend or fold backpacks into a shipping box or bag.  This may cause damage to the plastic frame sheet or aluminum stay.

****Please use a shipping service that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery.  EVERGOODS is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.

 

Special Edition/Collaboration Returns

We do not offer returns or cancelations on COLLABORATION bags.  All sales are final.  Of course our lifetime warranty applies to all orders.
