Items must have all original tags attached, be unused, and be in new condition.

COLLABORATION ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned (i.e. Carryology). Markdown items may be marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Lifetime warranty applies.

RETURN INFORMATION

(1) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label fee will be deducted from your total refund and your original shipping cost will not be refunded. If exchanging for an item(s) above our free shipping threshold, the item(s) will be shipped to you at no cost.  

(2) Items must be returned or exchanged no later than 30 days from order fulfillment date.

(3) Items must be returned or exchanged in new condition with original tags attached.

(4) If possible, please ship products back in original packaging to protect them during transit. Backpacks cannot be bent to fit inside packaging.

(5) Your item may be rejected or you may be charged a cleaning fee ($25) if your item(s) are dirty or if they were cleaned with strong smelling products.

(6) If our portal cannot generate a return label from your location, you will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label.
