We hope you love your EVERGOODS product(s). Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase (30 days from shipment date for pre-orders). Items must have all original tags attached, be unused, and be in new condition.
Collaboration items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
EVERGOODS will provide a full refund for the value of the item in the same form as the original payment.
Returns may take 5 to 7 days to process once the item(s) are delivered to our facility. Refunds can take up to 3 days (depending on payment method used) from the time of refund notification.
1. Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If returning through our portal below, the label cost will be deducted from your refund and show as a "Handling Fee".
2. Items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
3. Please note that if you have attempted to clean item(s) with any strong smelling soaps, we will not be able to put item(s) back into inventory. This could result in either a cleaning fee (up to $25) or a rejection of your return. A rejected return will be returned to you for a reasonable fee.
4. Please ship products back in original bags to protect them during shipping.
5. Please take care to not bend or fold backpacks into a shipping box or bag. This may damage the plastic frame sheet or aluminum stay. If practical, use the original shipping box or one of comparable size.
6. If you choose not to utilize our return platform to generate a label, please use a service that provides a tracking number.
