The Warehouse Tour

Last year, our Warehouse and CX team consisted of just two (awesome) people: Cody and Mati. With some stellar part-time help and generous support from friends in the community, they managed to ship over 40,000 customer orders in 2024—a truly impressive feat.

As our business continued to grow, we knew it was time for a warehouse upgrade by the end of 2024. We moved from the small room attached to the Bozeman Design Studio to a warehouse across town. Chris and Nick have since joined the full-time team, and we’re on the verge of hiring one more teammate this summer.

In keeping with our approach to other areas of the business, we wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how our new warehouse runs as of summer 2025, led by Cody. While we take operations—and your orders—very seriously, we also make sure to have a little fun along the way.
