DESCRIPTION

With a flexible floating laptop divider, collapsible internal pockets, and a secret luggage pass-through, TB20 excels across commutes, weekend flights, or gym routines. An eco-friendly and abrasion-resistant textile is paired with 360° of foam to protect your contents. Rigid aluminum stays provide wide-open access, curved handles deliver fiddle-less carry, and a stowable shoulder strap offers comfort for the long haul.

Custom-developed 840D ballistic nylon 6 balanced woven with C0 durable water repellent finish.

TB20 is solution dyed to produce a more eco-friendly textile with greater resistance to UV fading.

Lining Fabric
Standard Gray 420d HT nylon 6,6 with C0 durable water-repellent finish

- Handles: Tubular nylon webbing layered with conventional nylon webbing, sheathed in our ballistic shell textile.
- Aluminum stay: High performance 7075 grade. Used in aerospace and military applications.
- Foam: 3mm cross-linked polyethylene, double-layered.
- Zippers: Durable luggage zippers. YKK #10RC and #8RC. Exterior zippers are dipped with DWR treatment.

BUILT-IN VERSATILITY

The internal padded and floating divider offers enhanced organization when you need it and can be pushed out of the way when you don’t. The padded sleeve accepts laptops sized up to 16” MBP. Additional drop-in slots fit e-readers, pens, cords, notebooks, or passports.

ABSOLUTE PROTECTION

Two layers of 3mm foam cover the sides of TB20, with three layers protecting the base. This design provides structure and defense for your gear and supplies enough rigidity so it stands up well by itself.

LOADING MADE EASY

Two (2) integrated 7075-grade aluminum stays near the main zipper line are light yet stiff, giving TB20 a unique ability to stand wide open for easy packing once unzipped.

COLLAPSIBLE BOTTLE POCKETS

Within the main interior of TB20 are two pockets that fold out when needed and collapse flat when not. Sized to fit items like water bottles, compact umbrellas, CAP0.5, or your charging cords.

NO FUSS HANDLES

Some briefcases require annoying extra straps or velcro to keep handles close. TB20’s built-in handles are patterned to curve towards the center so they overlap and stay in the ready position.

POCKETS & PASS-THROUGHS

Between the two layers of foam sit side access pockets. One side has drop-in pockets for EDC and a key leash. One size functions as a document pocket or can be deployed as a luggage pass-through sleeve via a secret zipper.
