JOB TITLE: Product Developer
ROLE: The Product Developer works on a team with the Designer and Sample Technician to refine and develop product initiatives as defined by the Head of Product. This product team is collectively responsible for on-time delivery of all product-related documents and samples to support mass production.
DUTIES:The Product Developer will create, organize and maintain the bulk of product-related documents and support their successful implementation through mass-production. This will require extensive coordination and email communication with external Production and Raw Material Vendors in different parts of the world. It will also require coordination and communication with all members of the internal Product Team.
The Product Developer will create and maintain a Development Calendar and will communicate the calendar’s relevant events, timelines, and delivery dates to necessary parties.
The Product Developer may occasionally be required to travel to Trade Shows or Factories to meet vendors in-person in order to engage in ongoing business, facilitate problem-solving or on-boarding of a new style, or gain better understanding of the production environment.
The Product Developer must be organized. He/She will understand and maintain existing organizational protocols and will seek to improve or create organization where it is lacking for the benefit of the entire team and process.

On-time delivery of all production documents (Tech Pack)
