Role:We are looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service professional. The role involves prompt and professional responses to inquiries via our Customer Experience (CX)- platform, offering product expertise and assistance, managing concerns, returns, and warranty inquiries, and supporting the Customer Support team in order fulfillment and warehousing as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and the gear we create, works well both independently and in a team, pays keen attention to detail and quality, excels in problem-solving with empathy and professionalism, and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the Kustomer -Customer Experience (CX)- platform.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and assistance with product selection to meet customer needs.
  • Handle customer concerns, returns, and warranty inquiries with a focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
AREAS OF SUPPORT
Fulfillment:
  • Ability to generate shipping labels and manage order shipments using Shipstation.
  • Accurately package customer orders in accordance with company standards, ensuring the safety and presentation of products.
  • Monitor and manage requests in regards to order fulfillment, tracking, and delivery to meet promised timelines.
Warehouse:
  • Restock packaging materials and inventory items as needed for efficient operations.
  • Organize and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies to the manager.
  • Assist in unloading product containers upon arrival from the factory.
RELEVANT SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with CSX and shipping platforms or a demonstrated ability to learn these.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move items of varying weights.
