As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information for your order. Once your order has shipped, you can quickly access tracking information in the Order History section of your EVERGOODS account.
Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume.
Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.
Please note that in some cases we must file a carrier claim and a refund will not be issued until the completion of the carrier investigation.
If your package still hasn’t turned up within 2 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
We ship to most countries around the world except: Russia, Yemen, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. This is due to restrictions with our shipping partner, FedEx
EVERGOODS cannot make any delivery date guarantees for international orders due to customs processing times outside our control.Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs for international orders are displayed on the checkout page.
Please note that customs/duties fees are not included in the price of shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery if applicable.
International free shipping only applies to orders with a subtotal (the total cost of the items in your cart, not including tax or shipping) of $300.00 USD or more. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.
EVERGOODS is not responsible for customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order.
We think you will love your EVERGOODS' product but if for some reason you need to return your purchase, items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date (for pre-order items the policy is 30 days from date of shipment). Items must have all original tags attached, be unused, and be in original new condition.
Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer returns on collaboration items. All sales are final. Our lifetime warranty applies to all orders. Please reach out to us at info@evergoods.us if you have any questions.
If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at info@evergoods.us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.
Contact info@evergoods.us within 24 hours of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.
Orders generally go out within 1 business day, excluding weekends and/or pre-orders. Weekend orders go out on Monday. Pre-Order shipping dates are estimated and are communicated on the product page of the pre-order item.
If you order multiple products where one item is on pre-order, your order will not ship until the pre-order item has arrived. To split your shipment, please email us at info@evergoods.us with your order number and request.
If an item you purchased from EVERGOODS is marked down within two (2) weeks of the original order date, EVERGOODS will adjust the price of an item once. To verify a price adjustment, please email info@evergoods.us and include your original order number with your request. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
