Tomorrow at 8AM MST, the X-Pac capsule returns.Same stealth Black/Coyote look, now in more styles, including community favorites and all-new additions.
Similar to previous capsules, each piece is built in limited quantities. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. As of today, we do not have plans for future restocks.

What colors will be available?
All gear will be clad in a stealth black shell and a covert coyote brown lining. This is an exclusive color combo to the X-Pac capsule.
What styles are in the capsule?
There are eight products available in the 2025 capsule:

What type of X-Pac is the shell made of?
Each product is clad in X-Pac X42, which is specifically engineered for gear that requires exceptional strength and durability without added weight. With a 420D face, waterproofness, and its signature “X” design, the shell is built for any season, location, or condition.
What international stockists will offer the X-Pac capsule?
SunWest, Urban Traveller, Mukama, Suburban, Storming Gravity, Rushfaster, Chi Homme, ILoveTo Go, GoodNotes and Packsmart.

How much inventory will be available?
Inventory levels vary by product. Each product was made in relatively limited batches. Some of that inventory was sent to our international stockists. Once this batch sells out we do not have a restock planned as of tomorrow's launch.
Are there any changes to the products' features?
No, every product is identical in features, fit, and ergonomics to their standard version. The only change is the X-Pac X42 shell and Coyote Brown internal lining.
Will your Lifetime Warranty apply to the collection?
Yes.
